The double room was comfortable and had climate control, a fridge, and a writing table; the location was perfect in the heart of downtown.

The location was incredible and great - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Long Set Beach district was definitely worth visiting. There were an electric kettle and a fridge in the extremely spacious and relaxing room.

the place is quiet little and has ideal location in the middle of jackson. everyone who works in the hotel is nice and amiable. they have a lot of meals to choose from, the food is great.

Scarlet Sails Villa in Kaoh Touch has climate control, a refrigerator, and a writing desk in the room. the location is incredible and perfect, adjacent to the island, a beautiful beach, and various bars and restaurants nearby. - They offer plenty of goodies for breakfast.

My room had everything I needed - air conditioning, a fridge, and a desk. It had a lovely view of the garden 🌳. the location was amazing, right next to Adventure Adam.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, nestled on a stunning beach. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The staff were not only friendly, but also incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. I couldn't have asked for better service. Additionally, the hotel had a wonderful bar which served delicious food. The well-sized pool and spacious bedrooms were also impressive. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff were the standout features for me.

The Scarlet Sails Villa is a gem! The rooms are clean and comfy with strong AC. The location is amazing - right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful - especially the guy on reception from Sydney. He gave great tips and made me feel at home. Oh, and I got a free upgrade!

The beach was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing on the sand and soaking up the sun. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and assisted us with any questions or requests we had. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day, with a good variety of options to choose from. the pool area was fantastic and a great place to cool off and relax.

The value for money at Scarlet Sails Villa was absolutely amazing. The room had all the facilities we needed and the pool and beach were right at our doorstep. The location on the stunning Long Set beach was unbeatable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we were always comfortable and taken care of. They even helped us arrange a trip to see the bioluminescent plankton, which was a really cool experience.

Food for breakfast could be improved with better cleanliness and hygiene.
